1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At PosturaPain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused or gently used.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@posturapain.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to exchange it for you. Simply email us at support@posturapain.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll send the replacement as soon as we receive the original item back.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased more than 60 days ago
  • Items that have been significantly damaged through misuse

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@posturapain.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
