Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@posturapain.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. PosturaPain is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
